If you ask me where my favorite brunch spot is in Soho it would be Harbs. I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints. On always get the prix fixe set and they are constantly rotating dishes. I like to get the pasta and my friend gets the omurice. The salad, cake and tea / coffee is usually pretty good. Miyako is the sweetest girl at the store. I came in for a fruit tea and made me feel like I had known her forever. My friend and I kept talking about how kind she is with every customer that came in while we were here. 1000/10
We had an iced americano and royal iced milk tea + the chocolate cake and it was delicious.
Cake was fluffy, airy and perfect balance, would definitely get it again
