Shouts out Francisco for the chopped cheese at 7am ! Great authentic spot !
Been a regular here for a while, and it’s surprising to see all the reviews. I see everyone’s experience is different. Maybe because I am a regular but everytime I come in I get greeted and all the workers at the store are attentive and remember my orders. The chicken cutlet here are great and so are the grilled cheeses. I love the beef brisket and salmon made for the hot bar. This is my go-to deli and enjoy my daily stops here.
Poor customer service. Although the young cashier guy was nice, the middle aged man working at food service section had an attitude rudely showing unhappiness and unwillingness to serve me when picking up pizzas. He acted like I bothered him to serve me heating up the pizzas I bought (not begging nor asking for free). He said something angrily and annoyingly in his non-English language which I didn’t understand but his body language was obvious he hated his job. The pizzas tasted...read full review
