Best experience in newyork for service and dining + the grilled chicken sandwich was great and the banana pudding was a must buy 👌🏻
Juan , Miguel , and Sunny are amazing. Enough said. I can’t understand where the “racisim “ comes in. First off we are all foreigners so this doesn’t make sense, we have been coming to them all these years. Keep up the amazing service , hospitality, and tasty meal!
We had the best late night dinner! We were pleasantly surprised! We got the pot pie, quesadilla, grill cheese and the chicken parm sandwich, all was awesome! Our server Sanjiv went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a big party of 6! He also took the time to separate our checks and was so happy! Thank you for a great first night in New York!

Hollywood Diner offers a mixed experience. The atmosphere can be uncomfortable with slow service and eye-rolling waitresses, but the food is decent and well-priced. The lunch burgers were good, though some customers found the food unremarkable, describing it as standard diner fare. Service has been noted as lacking, with reports of waitstaff being intrusive and not attentive, which includes reluctance to refill drinks and provide extra napkins. Dinner was okay but pricier than other places, with a long wait for food. The seating area is nice, both inside and outside. Despite some disappointing experiences, such as incorrect orders and unsatisfactory meals, Hollywood Diner is a great late-night stop for food after midnight in NYC, especially for breakfast options and dishes like linguine carbonara. Overall, Hollywood Diner is not bad but not outstanding either, with room for improvement in service and atmosphere. Excitingly, after a terrible fire, it seems that Hollywood Diner is planning to reopen for the Halloween Parade, which brings hope for a fresh start.
