Best chai in the world! They have locations all over NY and it’s my favorite.

Irving Farm Coffee is a nice big space for getting some work done with a coffee. The coffee is great, and the food is good. The Mocha Mint coffee was outstanding. For a Matcha latte fix, this is the place. They also sell prepared egg sandwiches that are vegetarian. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about Coffee. The space is cozy, quiet, and in the basement, so it is a bit dark but perfect on a hot summer day. Prices are reasonable, though a bit pricey. The service is quite fast. However, the wifi is exceptionally poor, and the bathroom is consistently quite dirty and unpleasant to use.
