I love this place. I split the 3-4 person group meal, which had about 6 courses (including sesame oil cabbage, sesame oil pickled cucumbers, shishito peppers, fried smelt, salmon, yellowtail, scallops, lightly fried chicken, Yakiniku, miso salmon + shimeji mushroom bake, seafood ramen, hojicha pudding). The price has gone up a bit recently but I don’t even care tbh cuz this place always hits

I just found this place by accident and wanted to try. Made a reservation and this place was much nicer than expected. Such a cute hidden gem. This restaurant is tiny and bit a tight table setting, however the decorated simply and zen with a modern touch. The food we ordered, addictive cucumber which is really addictive and we finished in a second, then yellowtail sashimi which is very fresh, chicken nanban, Grilled mackerel and mushroom & garlic fried rice. The food was absolutely scrumptious, and the staff was so friendly and attentive. I was even impressed by how tasty the pickles and stir-fried vegetables were! However, after about two hours, the staff started clearing their dishes, which made us feel a bit rushed to finish up. Upon settling the bill and heading out, we sadly discovered that the dessert for the course meal was missing. What a bummer!
