Very well appointed cocktail bar tucked away in the Lowell Hotel. Superb atmosphere, even outside. Great burger. It reminds me of the burger at Cafe Altro Paradiso many years ago and rivals Peter Lugers'. The drinks are absolutely overpriced, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. I just think their prices are simply highway robbery, but we all have to pay rent.
Excellent upscale neighborhood spot in the UES. Perfect for date nights. Great cocktails, atmosphere, and service.

Jacques is a lovely, elegant, and peaceful restaurant located inside the Lowell hotel on 63rd UES. Guests enjoy delicious food like the Brie and green apple grilled cheese, and amazing drinks with unique flavors. The decor is spectacular, and the service is perfect. It’s a great place for a quiet drink, especially in the summer outside.
