Joe & The Juice offers a variety of coffee, fresh juices, and food items. The establishment has limited indoor and outdoor seating, including a restroom. Customers can enjoy a refreshing shake or juice and take a relaxing stroll in the nearby Central Park. The carrot cake is delicious, with a flavorful topping and a mildly sweet cake. Visitors often praise the Power Shakes, which are light, sweet, and help get through the day. The staff are friendly and attentive, with some customers mentioning that they make efforts to bring orders directly to tables, especially for those with special needs. The atmosphere is comfortable, making it a popular spot to hang out before or after work. However, experiences with service can vary; some find the staff friendly, while others report slow service, rude behavior, or lack of warmth from employees. The smoothie, such as the pick me up (strawberry banana apple), is well-liked, but wait times and inconsistent service are common concerns. Overall, Joe & The Juice remains a place for good drinks and casual moments, with a friendly environment for many customers.
