Amazing experience. The owner was well verse in sake and the food was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very cool and fun. Will definitely visit again.Thanks Ash for wonderful hospitality!
We came here later in the evening for dinnet with friends. Wow. What a treat. Seriously. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. WE probably tried 12 or more menu items. Some we even ordered twice.Service was fabulous.Great place. Cozy and hip vibe.

This spot used to be amazing as Izakaya 10. Luckily it still is as Juban. Decor is the same charming 3-level space. Bites are impeccable. Servers werent just attentive but we all just had a great time. The specials were A++ too, that mushroom pasta, and the otoro sashimi… ufff. Cant wait to come back!(Shout out to our server James!)
