Koi Sushi near Bryant Park offers stellar service, but unfortunately, the food falls short of expectations. I tried the chicken karage, spicy tuna hand roll, and baked crab roll, and while they were okay, they didn't quite justify the price point. Okay so I’m baffled at the negative reviews on here. For context, I’m occasionally ranked as a top 10% Google eatery reviewer. The atmosphere and vibes are spot on - classy, elegant but not stuffy or pretentious. Service - we were doted on but not smothered, our waitress and the host were fantastic checking in on us at appropriate intervals.
