Wonderful place to get away from the noise and bustle of the city. I got a tea and sandwich which was delicious. I saw someone else on here complain about the time it took to get served, that was not my experience. I barely waiter five minutes for my order to arrive! Will be coming back very soon.
I liked this hotel very much. Yes the rooms are teeny. but stylish. The public spaces are delightful. The lobby, with plenty of cozy seating, the morning papers and very good coffee is a throw back to a time when people lingered a bit. Super central Village location (in a part of Manhattan with very few hotels). The breakfast offerings were excellent and the service exceptionally cheerful and warm. I popped in to scope out the cozy lobby area to work from. The F&B director, Keith, approached me and asked how he could help. He offered to give me a tour of the area and was incredibly nice and helpful.
