Was excited to try the cauliflower pita, but found the texture very unpleasantly uniformly mushy. I was expecting more of a typical pita sandwich, with a variety of fillings with different flavors and textures, but instead the pita was stuffed with a uniform mush of cauliflower and sauce. The chives were also not a great addition IMHO. I enjoyed the free pita and tahini much more.
