About Nakaji

Nakaji is a restaurant offering an amazing omakase experience, featuring a generationally procured uni that is generously served and considered a treasure. The hand roll is exceptional, and Chef Nakajima shares in the joy of his culinary masterpiece, displaying extraordinary hospitality alongside his team. The entire experience is wonderful, from the warm welcome upon arrival by the kind hostess in traditional beautiful Japanese garb to the friendly and knowledgeable bartender at the handsome bar. Each dish is a taste delight, making it hard to choose a favorite course. The food is unbelievable, with highlights like the special Otsumami and perfectly cured fish. The Anago and Kama toro are particularly praised as some of the best bites ever tried. The bar food is tasty, and the bar offers excellent drinks, with a great whiskey list. The omakase experience includes detailed seafood preparations, and the chef is a master at making sushi and designing fabulous menus. Nakaji also hosts a whiskey bar with a special gyudon and a variety of new drinks, making it absolutely worth coming back to. Reservations are required, with seating times around 5:30pm and 8pm, making each visit an unforgettable adventure.
