Nakaji is a restaurant offering an amazing omakase experience, featuring a generationally procured uni that is generously served and considered a treasure. The hand roll is exceptional, and the chef shares in the joy of his culinary masterpiece, displaying extraordinary hospitality alongside his team. The entire experience is wonderful, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the helpful staff who explain each dish and its origin in Japan. Each dish is a taste delight, making it hard to choose a favorite course. The bar food is tasty, and the bar offers excellent drinks, with a great whiskey list and lovely bartenders. The omakase experience includes detailed seafood preparations, and the chef is a master at making sushi and designing fabulous menus. Nakaji also hosts a whiskey bar with a special gyudon and a variety of new drinks, making it absolutely worth coming back to.
