97 degrees today so my daughter and I ducked in for some iced beverages. I can’t speak to the food - we weren’t hungry, but the menu is extensive and the iced coffee and iced latte hit the spot. Service here was 10/10. AC cranking and lots of fans spinning cooled us right down! Bus stop is right out front, bonus for sure. Check it out. If I lived in this neighborhood I’d be a regular.

Love this place. Great food and drinks. The vibe is perfect - friendly staff, good tables and layout, plenty of outlets, stable wifi, calm atmosphere (music is never too loud), and great natural lighting with street views. The decor is cozy and charming. This place is able to actually cater to many types -- whether to read with coffee, solo studying, or wind down with some friends over wine. Solid place that definitely deserves the neighborhood's support.
