This is my second time dining at this fabulous midtown omakase spot. The 19 course counter menu is my go-to and everything is delicious. You start with about 6 appetizers, followed by nigiri, a few hand rolls, soup and dessert. Every dish was creative and so flavorful. A few of the appetizers and the nigiri were my favorite, but none of the courses were just "meh" to me which can be rare even at a good omakase spot. Absolutely amazing experience!
The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The fish was incredibly fresh, and you could really see and taste the attention to detail and care that the chef puts into every dish.
