The place is exceptional. The pasta is really-really good, the eggplant salad is exceptional. Price-wise the place may be the unbeatable in whole NYC. If you want your meal on fast and cheap ($8 per bowl, $3 side salad ) and you are anywhere in 20-30 min walk distance from the restaurant - just go there without any hesitation. Consider extra bowl for each two eaters if you are hungry.
Stepped into Pasta Flyer for a lite bite, immediately you can tell everyone really enjoys working there, the experience definitely wasn't your typical fast casual assembly line experience...service was pleasant and accommodating to answer any questions you have about the menu which is traditional and streamlined. I just can't not write a review. This is an excellent place. I delivered and was worried it would be like other delivered pastas... the grease collects at the bottom and everything is wet. NOT HERE. The pasta was delicious. It tasted fresh and was well seasoned. It was a perfect portion. The garlic bread was equally tasty. I had that first and once I popped it in my mouth, I had high expectations for what was to come and was not let down! GO HERE!!
