Based on the reviews, Pasta Lab NYC is an underrated spot making some of the freshest and most delicious pasta in NYC. The pasta and sauce are made from scratch, cooked perfectly, and all of their sauces are tasty and delicious. The toppings are great, and the burrata is huge. The order is made fresh in front of you and is usually done in about 5 minutes, making it the perfect spot for a quick meal that tastes like it was made in a fancy restaurant. The portions are large. The staff is super nice and provides sweet customer service. The penne ala vodka was absolutely delicious, fresh, and hot. The truffle mushrooms with chicken was also mentioned. The place is spotless. For an excellent food idea, pasta always comes first.
