Patisserie Fouet Reviews
A fabulous find! My new favorite for unique, elegant pastry in NYC. A charming space which permits the guests to observe the chefs at work behind a counter. Friendly service. Looking forward to my next visit.
Its good for fancy desserts and they also serve liquor which is unusual for a pastry shop!
Their desserts are exquisite!

Patisserie Fouet is a small Japanese dessert bar that specializes in intricate high-end quality desserts. The delicate Japanese-style sweets crafted with intricate techniques are a favorite. The matcha dacquoise was magnificent. The matcha tiramisu was a bit bland. All the desserts look so good and most are GF. The Japanese-style bread sold on weekends is also an essential part of breakfast. Customers love the design and vibe. The food and overall atmosphere keep people coming back. However, the laptop policy is a bit annoying because they don’t make coffee other than drip. Sometimes the check is brought over just 20 minutes after being seated, which makes the experience feel rushed. Orders are taken at the register. A tip is to take home a pint of ice cream, with a personal favorite being Black Sesame.
