My wife made a reservation on November 7th for dinner at Planet Hollywood NYC for today, December 12th at 6:15. Yesterday we got a call to confirm the reservation and say we were all set. Well, we just got a call that they are canceling our reservation one hour before we were due to be there. This is unacceptable.
