Everyone who worked at “The Boo” cloaked you with welcomeness. I wish them all success as well as sincere gratitude for their robust kindness. I kinda sobbed when I found out this vegan restaurant with the creative & vast menu (and specials, to boot!) was closing. I honestly can’t recall when they weren’t around…whether for a stop-in lunch, leisurely dinner or legendary Thanksgiving (for 2 days!).

Wow....what can I say. I've been going here ever since I was a kid with my parents. And then for lunch a few times when I was a Counselor in training at a summer camp. And lots of other times. Great memories. Amazing food and the some cozy vibes are just immaculate.
Red Bamboo is a restaurant that offers a wide variety of vegan options, making it a popular choice for those with dietary restrictions. The menu features dishes such as vegan soul food, fried chicken, bourbon chicken, Chinese food favorites, pasta, and various sides. Even carnivorous friends enjoy dining there. Unique menu items include Filipino Kare kare, a peanut broth stew with veggies and soy “oxtail,” along with fried rice, vegan fried egg, lumpia, and mango salsa. The menu includes Buffalo Barbecue Wings, Coconut Chicken with Pineapple Slices, and Sizzling Pepper Steak. The spicy, tangy, chewy wings are smothered in sauce. The battered coated vegetable tempura is served piping hot. The sizzling pepper steak arrives sizzling with smoke billowing from the skillet. The Oreo Cheesecake is so delicious and served in generous slices. It is quite the feat to prepare scrumptious meat that isn’t actually meat. You will be blown away at how authentic everything tastes in this vegan utopia.
