I cried while eating becouse its so good
We had an amazing omakase experience at Shinn West while celebrating both my son’s and daughter’s birthdays. It was my daughter’s very first omakase, and one of my favorite parts of the evening was watching her expression every time she finished a piece, her eyes lit up, and she was completely captivated by each bite.

During special promotions, like the BOGO deal, the value is exceptional, offering courses and a hand roll. Each piece of fish is fresh and paired with warm rice and lovely garnishes. The service is quick, with each reservation lasting about 55 minutes, and the courses are paced well. Overall, Shinn WEST provides good value for a sushi experience that is enjoyable and memorable. However, some customers found the music ruined the vibe, and one waitress was a bit rude and rushed the experience.
