Some of the freshest sushi I have had in New York. We had the sushi and sashimi omakase, and the uni and fatty tuna were particular standouts. We added a couple of pieces of chef's choice sushi at the end, and the King Crab was very good as well. We had the mochi ice cream; the daily flavors were green tea, lychee, and espresso. The fish at this smallish Sushi place is very fresh-tasting, especially the salmon. Unlike many other Japanese restaurants, none of the main courses come with Miso soup, which has to be ordered a la carte. Service is correct and prompt, although everyone in our party of three had a hard time understanding the thickly accented English of our waitress and just nodded and ordered from the menu.

Went here for the 5th or 6th time tonite. You should get the Omakase. There are 3 variations on omakase so just pick one. Delicious. Creative sushi, great service, sake is a bit overpriced but it is NYC.
