Well I don’t know where to begin but this was the worst experience for a so called upscale Steak restaurant and of all places in NYC. Had a reservation for 6:30p still waited almost 2hrs and on top of that my sister didn’t receive her dinner. When we did get called no eye contact or apologies for waiting that long. I’m writing to express my disappointment after having a wonderful dinner at your midtown restaurant this past Monday, June 16. My friend’s birthday celebration was a great time, but there were a few issues with the service.

Surroundings and venue is good but cold, that’s about it!!!!!! Food was colder than my fridge. After refunding two of 2 side dishes as a refund, $244 still does not justify, then they charged me $289 which is now in a dispute…. Be very careful when choosing your food.
