I ordered online and paid. Money was taken from my account and 1hr 30 mins later I’m trying to contact SOMEONE ended up dealing w an AI who informed me my order had been CANCELLED and I WAS LEFT WAITING (having eaten nothing all day) because they didn’t inform me they had cancelled it. Before I even opened up my order, the aroma told me everything I needed to know, AND it actually tasted how it smelled.
The fries were perfectly crispy and golden brown with a nice sprinkle of salt. My chicken sandwich was FABULOUS. The crunch was exactly what it needed to be, even having traveled for delivery. I appreciated biting into clean chicken breast with no rubbery or slimy bits. For those used to chicken spots, this had a more fresh, clean taste but was definitely...read full review

They have more problems delivering their orders than any other restaurant I have ordered from. 50% of my orders never reach me. Too bad as Marcus Samuelson deserves better. “Wonder” is disappointing beyond belief.
