A group of 9 of us came here for a company dinner. Needless to say the ambience and decor of the Mark restaurant, situated inside the Mark Hotel exceeds its reputation. But I'm afraid besides the steak entrée (which was 10/10), not much else stood out to me. Overall, our experience at the restaurant was delightful. The food offered amazing flavor combinations and the dishes were well-prepared. However, the Veal Zurichoise was a bit too salty, disrupting the balance of flavors. Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the service; dessert arrived promptly but the latte took an unexpectedly long 18 minutes to be served. Despite these minor issues, the restaurant provided a memorable dining experience for my family.

For a private event, sliding panels afforded privacy and cut down the noise from the main dining area. The service was attentive but unobtrusive. The food had hits and some misses. The fontina cheese pizza was excellent. The sea bass entree itself was done well but the accompanying vegetables seemed overcooked and had lost their bite. The salted caramel sundae was the only real disappointment because there was way too much popcorn and nuts for the amount of ice cream.
