Kappo Masa is a restaurant with unique art on its walls and cozy, albeit cramped, seating. The food is interesting and flashes with brilliance, but the service can be smug and overpriced, making the overall value questionable. While it's worth trying, the price may not justify the quality. The omakase experience is also overrated, and the sake collection is a highlight.
