One of the of absolute best places we visit in Manhattan, super cute and charming. Incredibly friendly staff and very delicious drinks. The decor is super cute and my whole experience there was great 💜💜💜💜
Several things I’d recommend about THE PURPLE TONGUE. 1) The unique wide selection of rare wines. The owner Peter spent a lot of time in Asia & SE Asia & Europe. He totally understands great wines. 2) the best baked salmon in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood & I’m a salmon lover. 3) the relaxing atmosphere of his indoor & outdoor seating space. This is a neighborhood gem not to be missed! We had the best breakfast. Fresh I gradients and an inspired menu. The local chicken apple sausage is so delicious. The freshness of the vegetarian frittata is something to experience. The French toast, with warmed maple syrup, was adorned with delicious fresh berries. The service was impeccable caring for every detail to make sure we enjoyed our visit. I will be back again and again!
