I recently enjoyed a fantastic staycation at The Standard Highline Hotel, and it was nothing short of amazing. The view from the hotel was absolutely phenomenal, offering breathtaking sights of the city skyline. This hotel is average, at best. The rooms are NYC sized, but are comfortable. There’s no spa and no gym. I was on the 11th floor and all night long I could hear the thumping music on the rooftop (18th floor). It made it very difficult to sleep. At this price point, there are better options to choose from.

We stayed here 1/20/24 in an amazing corner suite with river views. I woke up around 4 am freezing. Only cold air was blowing. I called the front desk at 5 am. We waited freezing in the room. Maintenance didn’t come until around 8:45 am when we were trying to shower and get ready for the day. Maintenance indicated the heat was broken and needed a part. We were checking out anyway.
