If possible, ask to have Eduardo as your server. He makes the experience at Stinger even better. He makes us feel welcome every time, gives great suggestions for tourists - it's like we're seeing an old friend when we come to the city.
Nick was cool! He was funny, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He really made our dining experience so much more enjoyable. The food was delicious and came out quickly too.
Breakfast: Buffet is the choice. It’s no bargain but has sufficient variety of items.
Dinner: Mainly bar and high-top seating with both bar food and a limited menu of “mains”. Yet the food was expertly prepared and the portions were generous. We had the pasta (with added shrimp) and the lobster roll. Both excellent.

The Stinger Cocktail Bar & Kitchen is a convenient spot located in a hotel lobby, ideal for a casual meal or drinks. While the ambiance may be affected by lobby noise, the friendly staff and delicious signature cocktails like the Barbee Doll make up for it. The NY strip steak might be too peppery for some, but the food is well prepared and the service is smooth.
