Pretty OK steak tartare, but overly acidic and that “dried” yolk is funny. The salad is also extremely acidic but thankfully i got a side of fries (yes, a steak tartare that doesn’t come with fries lol) and they were pretty good!

Vin Sur Vingt Bistro offers a real French bistro experience. The food is fantastic: pan‑seared salmon with crispy skin, steak tartare (though some find it overly acidic), escargot, mussels, and a fondue that is still on the menu but not always available. The salad is acidic but balanced by good fries. A set menu is a safe choice. Service is friendly and attentive, and music is pleasing—not too loud. The wine list is good, with great wine selection, including European options, and a late happy hour deal that is affordable. Diners leave happy and often return.
