I come to this bubble tea spot all the time and today was probably one of my worst experiences. Me and my boyfriend were on line and when we reached the cashier, he asked "do you guys have the brown sugar pearl latte" because they used to only have it at certain times so he was asking to confirm. The cashier ignored him and walked away to grab a drink and came back and said "large?" .
