service was bad, green and purple hair manager at new ark Penn station has no customer service skills whatsoever,now I realize why the line to order was short which is why we even went there in the first place.

I went there today with my daughter and order two chicken sandwich and a cappuccino , the manager cash me out and then return to tell me that there wss no chicken , I then ordered two egg and cheese sandwiches which I requested for a refund as the egg sandwich was more cheaper than the actual chicken that she had cash me for , while waiting for my order I noticed a lot of flies was pitching on the pastries so I then told...read full review
