“This place has been around since 1801—starting out as a stagecoach stop, later transforming into a Prohibition-era speakeasy, then part brothel, and now a fine dining restaurant. Yet most people whiz past it in their cars, unaware that this unassuming old tavern serves some of the best cocktails and cuisine in the Hudson Valley.
If you arrive early, you might be lucky enough to run into the owner—warm, welcoming, and hospitable—who just might let you in through the backdoor as he opens the place.
Wander through the creaking, narrow corridors and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped through a portal: time travel, in real time.

“Took my wife tonight for her birthday. it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The Food was outstanding and the service was top notch Our waitress Holly was outstanding. Without a doubt the best waitress we ever had. She was unbelievably Friendly and made sure that we were happy with every part of my wifes birthday dinner. “Regular at Pizza Mia, my favorite slot for a slice on a lunch break in Newburgh. Location is convenient and near places to shop. The creative slices are filling, tasty, and the people here care about their end product. Their service is always above and beyond. 100% recommend stopping in and trying a unique slice that catches your eye. You won’t be disappointed!“

“This fantastic restaurant has a funky vibe and great food. You can come here with your whole family or just sit at the lively bar. Great appetizers. My chicken Milanese was outstanding and the pistachio ricotta cake was delicious. The drinks are also great and the service top notch. I wish I lived closer but I'm sure I'll be back soon!“

“So happy to accidentally find Seoul Kitchen after missing (and craving!) its chef-owner’s previous restaurant in Beacon - she is a marvelous cook, cares to prepare the best, and does exactly that. I’m telling everyone I know to go!“

“This is a give guys same as all the others which is good when you have consistency. This one is a bit better because of the people working there. The tated young lady took my order, was very pleasant, and uphold me on a shake like she should. The order was fast and food was on point.

“Visited here with friends to celebrate a birthday. I had miso soup, salad. Hibachi shrimp, roasted mixed veggies and fried rice. Veggies were a little high on the sodium and the salad dressing was a bit much, as the lettuce was swimming in it, but overall, the meal was pleasant. We went on a Thursday, so the crowd was minimal and parking was ample. I would visit again.“

“Great store, great environment. There is a major change in management from the last year I’ve been here. This store made a huge success. I love the coordination amongst the male manager and staff. I see he loves his job because he’s always here which shows he invest a lot. Great turn around.“

“Ordered online today and got a text saying my order was ready. I ran in to get my order and it wasn’t on the shelf. I headed over to the pickup counter and the manager asked if I needed help. After explaining the text and food not being there she quickly looked for my order. While she was looking I ran out to turn off my truck and as I was headed in the door there was the manager again with my order and a big smile! She really made my experience awesome and she threw in a delicious cookie to boot!!! Thank you!“

“Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. We loved everything that we ordered and look forward to returning soon. Also, I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was just that good! Thanks for providing our family with a great night out.“
