“Best hamburger hotdog place that serves great beer near Hosfstra University. Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

“Today was the first time we've ever ordered from Smashburger. I was intreged with the bogo burger deal and ordered from seamless. the burgers were still hot and juicy when they arrived and fries with garlic, rosemary and olive oil were honestly the best fries Ive ever had plus the Brussels sprouts were amazing!! “Honestly would have preferred to gatekeep but this spot is just too good to not talk about🥹 this comfy lil spot in Oceanside is our new favorite place to get all of the best comfort food: chicken and waffles, smashburgers and fries, and of course, the halal mixed platter 🤤
Aliza at the front counter is so nice and welcoming and the food was so fresh, delicious, and affordable! Totally recommend this spot if you’re in the area or if you’re just looking to eat something delicious!! 100/10 stars!! ⭐“

“People it's me again and this time I'm in the Applebee's Restaurant and Bar in Hicksville NY (South Broadway Rd next to the Lowe's and I have to say that everything that I've eaten here and the beers is best the food is amazing all the meats are moist and have flavors like nothing you would expect the people here are great and I'm telling you all to come here and believe me you will never stop bring your family and friends and everyone will enjoy it they have TV's all over and you know now the world cup football (soccer) is on well you can watch it without having to distress yourself because there's so many screens you can watch it on and every other sporting events... But the people there are great and the food is best so I'm telling you go....

“I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 no question.“

“Food was good. Empanadas were good. I usually prefer the flour crust because they are usually more crisp & thinner crust but these were good. I also bought the 2 meat yo-yo. That was really good. Alot of flavor. I also bought a tequeño guava and cheese (like a mozzarella stick with guava sauce in it). It was good. Would probably be a little better if the crust was a little thinner.“

“Had a Wonderful lunch at the Applebee's in Farmingdale! I was worried that I would not find something to eat because I am trying to watch what I'm eating, but I had a amazing salad with salmon that I can't even explain how good it was -- - totally more than I expected! It was delicious and something I am going to go back for as a staple! The service was great and the manager stopped over to say hi and see how everything was going. Totally appreciate that. If you haven't been to Applebee's in a bit, check out the Farmingdale location and get the salmon salad!“

“The Texas Ranger restaurant has a wonderful pedigree having been moved to its current location from its former location on the Nautical mile, a restaurant which is now called Rachel's. In the early 80s, my wife and her sister worked as waitresses there and remember the goodness of the food 45 years later. From what I understand, the new owners bought the name and the original recipes for the classic dishes for which the original Ranger was known. Forty-five years later, my wife says the recipes remain true to the original and are definitely worth a visit and revisit.“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

“Rodney was one of the greatest waiters I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we sat down, he brought the perfect mix of professionalism, energy, and genuine kindness. He was attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and somehow made the whole meal feel easy and fun. Drinks stayed full, food arrived smoothly, and every interaction felt personal instead of scripted.
What really stood out was his attitude. Rodney treated our table like we were important guests, not just another order during a busy shift. He anticipated needs before we asked, checked in at the right moments, and kept the vibe upbeat the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about giving people a great experience.
Honestly, Rodney turned a casual Applebee’s visit into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Applebee’s is lucky to have him! Give that man some recognition, a RAISE, and maybe his own menu item. The manager and Rodney gave us some complimentary desert as well.“

“tonight, 6/6/26,we went for dinner at Mesita in Amityville, NY, Everything was perfect for a great dining experience. We were greeted by friendly smiling faces at the door and shown to our table straight away. We were then met by our waitress Myra, who promptly showed us a list of specials and a drink list.I had a glass of their red Sangria and my wife had one of the custom drinks, both excellent, Our meals came, both huge and more than enough for 2 meals for each of us, and I will say both meals were awesome.Please visit this awesome establishment that brings you back in time to a very authentic Mexican experience, you wont be sorry“

“This place has great breakfasts. Rich, the owner/cook is a character, but in a good way. Best coffee I've ever had. Cheryl, Marty, Emily are great. Tina is annoying and seems miserable all the time. Don't know why she works here on Saturdays. All she does is yell at Rich.“
