“Love this place!! The employees are always so friendly and helpful! The food is EXCELLENT as always, and I'm obsessed with the Buffin muffins ($~6) and overnight oats ($~9), although the latter are a bit too pricey. My favs are the Welcome to the Sno buffin (which tastes like those viral pink squishy chocolate snowball pastries and are good even when frozen, also has a cream filling) and the Fitella overnight oats (very filling). Cash register has some excellent protein bar recommendations next to it, I always grab one. The meals are always good no matter what I get, and they are priced around $11-12. My favorite is the Soho Steakbowl, which comes with marinated steak strips and sweet potato fries, and is $12. I miss the Egg White Muffins, they need to bring them back!!! Same with the Tres Leches buffin!! Whenever I come here I grab 10 meals for a discount, and they last me a work week.“

“Awesome service from start to finish! The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in the food they serve.
I ordered the gyro, and without a doubt, it was the best gyro I've ever had! The meat was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with incredible flavor. My favorite part was the tzatziki, they definitely don't skimp on it! They generously slather the gyro with fresh, creamy tzatziki, making every bite absolutely delicious.
My husband ordered the chicken bowl, and it was just as impressive. The rice was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, while the chicken was tender, juicy, and had the perfect crispy finish. We also tried the lemon potatoes, and they were phenomenal, soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with bright lemon flavor.
Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and prepared with care. The portions were generous, prices were fair, and the quality exceeded our expectations. This place has officially become one of our favorite spots, and we'll definitely be coming back again and again. We had the Mixed Grill which consists of lamb chop, pork chop, skirt steak and chicken. menu says "serves 2" but it easily fed 4, and I don't think I'll finish what I took home in one sitting! Also had the Mixed Grill Vegetable which goes well obviously with the protein dish. Had a Greek beer and a glass of Greek red wine. Very friendly service: the bartender, greeter, our waiter, all gave good vibes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“Greek Cove Merrick’s lunch special is incredible. Ate the warm pita in the car on the way home! Grilled chicken with a salad and rice. One huge chicken cutlet over a generous portion of delicious rice and a tasty Greek salad- with a grape leaf and feta! I am a very picky eater but this chix was seasoned beautifully, so that if garlic, onion or rosemary(my triple threat) was used, it all blended together perfectly so that even I could not pick out the offensive spice. Amazingly, the yogurt sauce is also tasty( I hate yogurt sauce;usually throw it away). Forgot to tell them not to give it to me, so as not to waste it, but I’m glad I forgot! All of this, and a lot of smiling happy employees, for $12.99 cash. Wowza.“

We purchased the small garden salad, with its generous portions of feta cheese, Romaine/ iceberg lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. We chose the protein add-ons, of fresh, grilled salmon, and, falafel.
All, were very satisfying.
We also had rice pilaf, as well as hummus, and tzatziki dips.
We liked the rice, and dips, which complemented the warm, wheat pitas.

“Shah Halal is an amazing halal option. Especially the Farmingdale branch. They always provide extremely satisfying hot and fresh food. Thanks to my boy Shuaib. After a long tiring day of shopping, we were really hungry and we did not think twice. We headed over to Shah Halal.

“I went to check out the new location in Levittown after they closed their spot in Mineola. The new place looks great—clean, spacious, and welcoming.

I ordered my food to go, and it was ready by the time I got there. Everything was hot, freshly made, and delicious. I got the chicken souvlaki with grilled veggies, and it came with a small Greek salad. The portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.

The lamb gyro was also really good—tender, well-seasoned, and stuffed with meat. They definitely don’t skimp. The staff was super friendly, service was quick, and pickup was easy. Definitely worth the trip.“

The service was phenomenal as was the foo, from the appetizers to the dessert. We ordered the Agean special. The watermelon salad was one of my favorites! “We were a party of 11 people and the service wasn’t good. The waiters were not friendly. They gave us a very small basket of bread for a table of 11 people, and their tables are huge. I asked for another one and they took forever to bring it. I guess they don’t care because their tip is already included in the check. And I usually tip 20 to 25%, but not this time. It’s a nice place, the food is okay, but won’t be visiting again because of the service. You don’t feel welcome as soon as you come in.“
