“Food was prepared nice and hot. Friendly staff. The place is clean and small. My daughter had the 3 chicken tenders - they are big for a meal and a half. I had the yo-yo fish that was very good. We both had the fries and leftovers- they give you so much. The price was very reasonable. The only choice not deep friend was a grilled chicken sandwich. Overall we wanted the yo-yo experience - fried!!!!! Very happy with the service and food. Thank you.“

“First time getting food from them. Honestly the first time I ordered(via Doordash) a month ago they ran out of oxtails and cancelled my order. This time I ordered Oxtails, Jerk Chicken Empanadas and Mac & Cheese via Seamless to pickup. They cancelled the jerk and Mac. Pretty disappointing.But besides that the oxtail were meaty and flavorful. The sauce tasted tomatoey which was fine. Rice & Peas were fine as was the cabbage.Id get food again I just need them to either have food advertised or edit their online menus to what they actually have.“

“Just tried this place out tonight. Ordered a mix shawarma, a chicken shawarma and falafel. I didn't expect much from this place, since it was dead and was 1 lady working in the whole place. I was so surprised, the food was so fresh and the shawarma was burrito size. The taste was really good, I only wish I ask for some hot sauce on the side. The falafel was very crispy. Falafel to me are usually dry as he'll, but they give you a super thick white sauce (like cream cheese consistency). Which made the falafel tasted very moist. I didn't take any pics of the food, because I wasn't expecting much. Going back tomorrow to try the chicken biryani, since they only sell that on sat & sun.“
“I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 it was SO GOOD but I can't give anything 5 stars I just started my food review career mabye I will when I try a lot more restaurants in Nyc I could change it but the Oreo mochi doughnut was soft had nice cream and it had bits of Oreo on it 7/10 strawberry mochi doughnut 5/10 was a bit more stale and had barely any strawberry taste the bacon chedder egg toast that was prob the best breakfast sandwich I ever had 9.5/10 and the corn dogs I got a potato and half mozzarella and cheddar cheese dog I got my potatoe dog with mozzarella cheese and both dusted with cinnamon sugar they were the potato dog the potato were so Christy in a good way and that cinnamon sugar was so sweet and the half mozzarella and cheddar dog was also sweet alright decent taste and outside pretty good the corn dogs get a 8/10 pretty good will always recommend check this place out“

Good customer service and I received my food fairly quickly.You don't need McDonald's when you have Sid’s. I do recommend trying their brownies as a finisher. I will return for more awesome food.“

All delicious but my favorite has to be the carnitas, and this is mostly because the owners wife makes the pork from pork shoulder and she's Dominican so she makes it as pernil which I grew up eating and it's my favorite rendition of pork. So it's fair to say that I've been here like 3 times in the past month and a half after finding this spot ? but it's bc in all honesty these are some of the best tacos in the area (Elmont/valley stream) and especially the best carnitas (pork) tacos in the area. When I came to the counter the first server didn't even greet me. I disliked that because I am big on customer service. He just starred at me. I had to say hello may I have a bowl please?
