“We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

They always have top notch standards, like chocolate chip and peanut butter, but they also offer creative options like London Fog Lavender cookies or Dubai Chocolate Pistachio brownies. Also amazing gluten free options. The Lunch Box makes one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had.“

The cafe was adorable, the baked goods some of the best we have ever had, the owners were super sweet and our daughter absolutely loved the homemade watermelon lemonade. There were also coloring books and everything was super clean and cozy! 10/10 recommend!“

“My wife and I have been here twice now our first time was great very quiet and the food was great. My wife got a 4 cheese pizza and I got the chicken parm with a side of pasta. Their red sauce is excellent and food is excellent. Their Connolis are so good decent size too grabbed one of those too. Service is also excellent very nice and kind staff. Which leads me to today's dinner. I have been wanting to go back for some time. Looked at the specials got stuffed garlic Knotts those were so good! I again stuck with Chicken parm I don't eat it other than when I go out for dinner. Wife got the pizza Bianca which was a white pizza I believe. Again food was just as great as last time. I had the displeasure of a customer sneezing on me as they left the restaurant. I was admittedly very upset who wouldn't be. I am pretty sure that after I was sneezed on it definitely landed on my food too and I immediately stopped eating. Anyway our waitress asked if we needed to go containers my wifes food was untouched by the sneeze thankfully. I told our waitress the customer sneezed on me as they left and pretty sure it got on my food too. She was very apologetic and understanding i would not eat the rest of my dinner. It was a good portion of pasta left over she was very kind and said she can get me more pasta! She didn't have to do that I was not trying to make a fuss and accepted the offer. I went to the bathroom and cleaned my face and arm off and looked forward to my comfort connoli. The staff here is great they are nice and they are kind. I am not deterred to return i still will. I just want the waitress and their staff to be recognized for their service and kindness. To the waitress who helped me I do not remember your name, but thank you. I hope you know who this was and who you are and that your boss sees this!“

“Best coffeeshop on Hertel I’ve tried and the employees aren’t snobs when you ask to customize your order. Fresh baked bagels in-house and various cream cheese flavors. They also cater to vegetarians if you need those options. Overall glad I stopped and checked this place out. Will come visit again and highly recommend!!!“

“I had such a wonderful breakfast here. Everything was fresh and packed with flavor, making for the perfect start to my day.

The bagel sandwiches were served warm and wrapped in foil, which kept them in great shape. I also picked up a baked good that had a perfect, toasted texture. It is easy to see why this spot is a favorite in the neighborhood. I will definitely be back soon.“

“My best friend and I had the privilege of meeting these two wonderful women in Toronto after a concert. We had no cell service to call a taxi to bring us back to our Air BNB and kept getting wrong directions from everyone. We had stopped them to ask if they knew where to pick up a taxi, and instead of giving us the run around, like everyone else, they gave us a ride to our Air Bnb an hour out of their way with no hesitation. And for that they will always have 2 new customers for life, and anytime anyone we know goes to Buffalo we will recommend they visit their establishment. We couldn’t have been more grateful for them, their character alone tells me what kind of business they run! Please everyone tell a friend to tell a friend about their business. “BEST PIZZA in town on a Wednesday night! Friendly, warm atmosphere where you will feel right at home and meet up with old friends and make new ones. The Belgian waffles are amazing. Stop in on a Saturday for a DELICIOUS panini and cup of soup if you are on campus or out running errands. And wind up your visit with a stop at the Catholic store and you won't walk out empty handed. I can never pass up a card or necklace and I bought my mother in law a baking dish and cutting board for Christmas. I could go on and on but you need to come see for yourself! Besides, my daughter Katie volunteers in the cafe and it's one time all week that I get served by her!!! LOL“

A friendly staff and peaceful, welcoming environment (and you don't have to have a house ticket to enjoy the cafe's drinks and food).“

“Best BLT in Buffalo. I’ve gotten it twice in the span of a couple of weeks. Bacon is cooked perfectly, bread is toasted perfectly - just a great sandwich. The cold pasta salads are always great. I’ve had the caprese and pesto tortellini recently, both fantastic. The prices may be higher than your average sandwich spot but the quality and service is well worth it.“

“The girls who work at this Starbucks are super sweet and very friendly!! They always go above and beyond to make conversations with the customers, and overall deliver amazing service. The only downside of this location is that the seating arrangement is a little awkward with the traffic of people coming into Target. It would be nice if it felt a little more secluded, but I understand that there is only so much you can do with that space. Regardless, I’ve had many great experiences at this location!“

“This is a review of the Golisano Children's Hospital location in the ER in Buffalo only. It was amazing. The food was typical Panera food- nothing spectacular, but the service was bar none. Every single person that waited on me throughout our very long day in the ER was so kind, helpful, and made a stressful day less stressful.“
