“This is a cute little japanese ramen restaurant near Manhasset LIRR station!

I got the spicy miso ramen and the tatsuta-age. The ramen was surprisingly not heavy at all and was on the blander side but I actually liked that a lot. The tatsuta-age was super crispy and tender! The sauce was really unique in a good way. The portions are also HUGE!“

“Homey’s Bistro is the place to go to in Glen Head. Across from the LIRR Parking is easy. They serve breakfast, amazing lunch and NOT TO FORGET, the donuts 🍩 and cinnamon rolls, which are massive. Three try one of their amazing iced espresso. They also have beer from a local distributor and started last week. They’re doing wine and crate trays on the evenings of Friday and Saturday. i’ll be going this Friday tomorrow to check that one out. I will give this place five stars friendly. They have their own pastry chef on staff, which makes everything fresh daily. Check it out.“

“The food was excellent as was the table service. Due to a snaf, I ended up paying for the meal with a credit card, but didn't get a receipt.

The interior of the restaurant was modern and neat, but the music played was modern day versions of songs from the 60s to the 90s, which detracted from the atmosphere of the restaurant. I was expecting something a bit more suggestive of Thai culture.

The parking lot is behind the restaurant. Although there is a back door, it was blocked by a bucket and mop. We had to walk around to the front of the building to enter. If there had been an emergency the bucket and mop would have been a hazard for people needing to exit out the back door.“

“Quick service and can see that the food looks fresh. I have been here many times before and the food is filling where you can customize your bowl. The place is always kept very clean every time I come by even when it's busy. It's off of the main Austin St so it's on the quieter side which is nice to enjoy your meal“

They even went out of their way to help my handicap mother get in and out of the car! Food is delicious and tons of variety when compared to the standard Italian restaurant. Attentive staff, fast service and good food. The space is kind of small and they were really busy but we went on a Sunday at around 1pm. We did not make a reservation but when we arrived we were told someone was a no show and we were seated immediately.“

He told me that my mother had wandered in after having her car bumper come completely loose on Marcus Ave. She had no phone, and was shaken up by the whole ordeal. Joe called me for her, and gave her a cup of hot tea. I went over, picked her up and got her home. Later my wife and I returned to pick up her car. “The service at Il Mulino is exceptional! They literally fell over each other to serve us. Food was delicious and there’s an intimate feel to the place. They have two menus. They have a prix fixed menu that offers a more affordable dining experience. Something for everyone!“

It’s small but the service was super fast even though the place was full. “Steak night was fabulous. The fillet mignon was like butter and cooked to perfection. We loved the creamed spinach and the steak fries. And the special dessert. the chocolate mousse was superb. Looking forward to the next steak night in August. The owner Michael is warm and friendly.
