“Came here for Sunday of the holiday weekend. Great atmosphere and awesome service. There were two bartenders, both super friendly. The guy bartender was dressed in an awesome 4th costume, and made us the BEST rocket fuels. I would come again just for him. He made our experience amazing and was not only friendly but very accommodating. Come here!!!“

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Tap Room (Patchogue) (specifically the Patchogue location). We were invited to a family party, buffet-style. I reached out to the restaurant via email, because I wanted to make sure they could accommodate my daughters food allergies -- eggs, soy, sunflower seeds, tree nuts and peanuts, or I would plan ahead and pack snacks she could safely eat instead. The Culinary Director, Joseph Walsh, called me the next day. He spoke to me for awhile, went over her food allergies, made some suggestions, and assured me that he would come up with something she could safely eat. The morning of the party, he sent me an email to confirm we were coming and his suggestions for a safe meal (rice and beans sauteed with bell peppers, chicken cutlet w/ no egg, and a mixed fruit salad). I emailed him back that just rice and beans and the fruit salad would be fine, because she doesn't eat chicken. He emailed me back, concerned that rice and beans and a fruit salad wouldn't be enough, but I assured him it would be fine because she's only 7 and has anxiety over trying new foods at restaurants (understandably), so sticking with rice and beans and fruit salad, which she's comfortable with, would be perfect. At the event, Joseph told my relative that he wanted to talk to us, and when we arrived, he came to introduce himself, told me that he was making sure everything was prepared separately and would be ready for her shortly. Absolutely fantastic service. We truly, truly appreciated all his care and effort, because that's sadly not the norm most of the time when we try to eat out. “Tried this place for the first time tonight and loved it. We went early so it wasn’t busy but staff was very attentive, which was appreciated. Went with my mom and my kids, kids chose from the kids menu and they split a Caesar salad. They were happy with their food. We had the fried spuds- delicious. I ordered the chicken Milanese and my mom got the chicken vodka pizza. Both delicious- generous portion sizes- had plenty of leftovers. They were out of the dessert we wanted but the chocolate chip cookies were surprisingly delicious. I will definitely be back for their Date night with my husband!“

“If you know, you know. This place is the absolute best for locals. Bartenders are excellent and do a great job, even when the bar is packed. The food is amazing. The wings, kitchen sink burger, or tenders so good. Everything is very reasonably priced but be sure to bring cash as they don't take cards. The best part is the patrons are just good people too.“

“This place just does it right! We keep stopping in and diving deeper into the menu and trying different things, we love all of them. Our 11 month old was with us this weekend and our server was awesome with him as well. Five stars for the food, the staff, the menu, the beer choices, and the local watering hole type of vibe the whole atmosphere has!“

Mallory is a cute Spot with a casual indoor outdoor bar and dining area. It is just steps from the Pines and Cherry Grove Ferries, making it great for a missed ferry or in between ferries. Heidi has been there for years and is simply wonderful behind the bar. The food is excellent. It is tasty, quick and handy or sandwiches you can sit for.
