“I visited the Oneida Popeyes location for lunch on 12/17/25. I was with a young man who is on the spectrum who sometimes “stims” by jumping and yelling. I let the front counter know so if he did, they would not be startled. Everyone who was working was so kind and understanding. They even asked if they should turn down the music ( I let them know that was not necessary but appreciated the offer) It’s not always easy to find a place to dine in where the staff is so accommodating. The food was fresh and worth the money. I’ve worked with the IDD community for 20+ years and it’s crazy how unwelcoming some establishments are. Not here! Thank you to the staff for not just providing good food but for being so inclusive and making us feel welcome! Great job and we will be back!“
