“The reason for this 5 start review has several key factors in it. For starters after an abysmal experience at wendys. In which I had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I went to McDonald's as a test. I pulled up ordered, paid, and received my sandwich. Which was hot, and tasty I might add. In three minutes. A difference of 22 minutes. And that is a managerial accomplishment. It makes the difference. Every time I visit this McDonald's the lobby is cleaned. Bathrooms are decent. The managers are managing. And the workers are killing it. I've never had an issue here. Very friendly. Very productive. This is the only fast food restaurant I'm going to recommend. 5 stars. All day long.“

“The food here, and I mean doughnuts, have gone down hill. The doughnuts are smaller and definitely don't taste as good as they used to. I think they don't make them fresh anymore. That's how I think they taste, day old... or maybe frozen thawed. Everything else is the same. This Dunkin' is super busy though, drive through is always busy and a lot of time out to the street and onto it. Still good enough to still go, just not as often.“

“The coffee shop is cute and the staff is very friendly. Very accommodating. However, you can tell most baked items are not fresh but refrigerated. The blueberry muffins, which I have retried many times, always taste like a refrigerator cooler. If you are going to serve day old items may I suggest wrapping them tightly to avoid a refrigerator cooler taste.“

“I ordered on the goal my order was available when I walked in I sent down, I ordered a new item a Ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croisnt.... It was very good however it could have been just a little warmer. I also had coffee which is your typical Dunkin Donuts coffee that was good also hot like it should be..... The interior of the store was neat and clean note issues at all finding a clean tables to sit in..... Young lady behind the counter was very very friendly..... No food pics this time....

Parking: Plenty of parking it was plowed no big issues getting in or out most of the ice and snow was taking care of.....“

“Let me tell you why I was so impressed by this place. Our local area was devastated by flooding and tornadoes. The entire region was on generators and people run edge. The staff at Dunkin we're unbelievably kind and understanding and did a great job.“

“I received a welcome basket in my lodge VIP suite that included freshly baked goodies from Opals. The cookies were excellent and the cupcakes were delightful. They were in fact so good that my wife and I visited it daily and got chocolate dipped Oreo cookies and walnut fudge which were also excellent. They made my wifes Starbucks coffee to perfection which is very rare for locations that serve it without being a physical location. Highly recommend for all caffeine related and sweet tooth fixes.“

“The people that work at this Dunkin are the nicest ones people around. They are always such in a good mood. I went there today and one of the ladies gave my pupper a pup cup. He loved it! Definitely will be back.As for the actual food…. lol well that’s a different story lol, but whatever it was edible. Coffee was amazing A+++“
