“I love getting breakfast and lunch here. Their smoothies are a must. I understand that some reviewers find the prices for their food to be high, but I believe it's because they use high quality ingredients. Furthermore, their bagel and smoothie prices can't be beat-- they're super cheap for what you get.

Try finding any other place around here with $6-$7 smoothies, packed with high quality fruit. They never taste watered down or too sugary, and the portions are pretty generous. Not to mention, their flavor combinations are fantastic. The bagels and cream cheese taste homemade, and the veggie spreads are packed with ingredients. Their jalapeño cream cheese is my personal favorite.

I also would like to note that they're great at accommodating for food allergies and following instructions. I had a few dietary restrictions and was worried, but they prepared everything perfectly.“

Personally next time.. I'd go to this original location, more variety, of bagels and cream cheese, but no seating. So pick what works for you but definitely Go! 100% recommend.“

“With a name as generic as Bagel Shop in NYC, you better be good. Any concerns regarding quality were quickly dispelled when we walked through the door. The place was packed. We ordered a very basic selection of bagels and assorted spreads, nothing fancy. Overall, the food was great and the coffee was too...piping hot which is a plus. This is clearly a solid local spot with a well deserved reputation. We are glad we visitied and would return.“

“Amazing hot and fresh bagels. I stopped in here just to get my wife a bagel. I had every intention of getting a deli sandwich elsewhere. However, I took one bite of her everything bagel and OMG. This was hot and doughy and simply delicious. I ended up ordering an everything bagel with salmon and cream cheese. This was easily one of the best bagels I have ever eaten. On top of that the staff were very friendly. They were not just friendly to me but to all of the customers that came in while I was sitting at the counter eating my slice of heaven. “Utopia Bagels is definitely one of the best bagel places in New York, and after my visit, I can understand why it's so highly rated.

The bagels were fresh, delicious, and lived up to the hype. But what impressed me even more was the staff. They were always smiling, friendly, and more than happy to help, especially for first-time customers who weren't familiar with the menu. They patiently explained the different options without making us feel rushed.

To be honest, this kind of genuine customer service is becoming harder to find, especially in a busy metropolitan city like New York. It really made the whole experience even better.

“A must-try bagel spot in Manhattan.

Apollo Bagels is often recommended as one of the best places for bagels in New York, so we had to check it out.

We ordered the smoked salmon everything bagel, and it was absolutely delicious.

The bagel is made with sourdough, which makes it slightly less chewy than a traditional bagel, but I really liked the flavor and seasoning. It also looked beautiful—just as good visually as it tasted. It is served like an open face sandwich.

I do wish they had been a bit more generous with the smoked salmon.

That said, Apollo Bagels is definitely worth a visit. You’re very likely to enjoy it.“

“The quality of the bagels at the “new” Court Street Bagels are still excellent but everything else is not how it used to be. It is much nicer inside due to a major renovation that was done, but it is more like a factory now than a neighborhood bagel store. The workers are nice enough, but under the previous ownership, the workers knew everyone’s name and it was a significantly better, albeit very long, experience. Despite having 5x as many workers now, the wait times are better, but still curiously long for very simple orders. It is extremely crowded on weekend mornings which definitely contributes to the wait times so definitely be prepared to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes at those times. If this review was only based on the food, I’d give the new Court Street Bagels 5 stars, but given the full experience it’s closer to 4.5 stars. At the end of the day, despite the change in ownership, the bagels are still some of the best in the city.“

“I live down the street and Bagel Bob is my go to bagel spot in the area. The team is efficient, friendly, and overall lovely! The bagels are great and the coffee is too.

In addition to a multitude of bagel flavors, they have Hazelnut and French vanilla iced coffee flavors too. Love supporting local!

“The line may look long, but it moves surprisingly fast. I had been to the West Village location before, but I actually enjoyed the Williamsburg location even more. Being able to grab a bagel and walk to the waterfront made the experience even better.
The smoked salmon bagel was absolutely delicious. The cream cheese, the salmon, and the bagel itself were all amazing. The fresh orange juice was also excellent and paired perfectly with the bagel. “I went to Leon’s a little past 8am on a weekday and as expected, line wasn’t long at all! I still was on a time crunch so I ended up ordering my bagel for pick up through DoorDash which ended up being a tad faster. I got the Bacon Egg & Cheese on a plain bagel with a side of hot honey. “Used the food truck in midtown, was in nyc for the fifa WC, from the UK. I had the chicken over rice, was served by a guy named Meddy. Very nice guy and super friendly even tho he was wrapping up a 12 hr shift. The food was banging, and the portion was more than enough, I had to finish the last bit in the hotel room. So big up meddy my Egyptian brother, wish we had more time to engage in our conversation. So keep doing what your doing meddy. Would highly recommend the food from this truck. “I had such a wonderful afternoon grabbing a bite at this spot on Vanderbilt Ave. There is something so relaxing about sitting outside and watching the neighborhood go by.

The pizza was absolutely delicious and hit the spot perfectly. I especially loved that they served water in a glass swing-top bottle, which felt like such a nice, thoughtful touch. I will definitely be back again soon.“
