“The food in Amazing Chicken & Gyro is a great price and tastes great especially for the price. They are fully halal which is amazing and allows for everyone to enjoy along with the full range of a menu catering to everyone. I would recommend especially the chicken wings with mango habanero and the Gyro Salad with white sauce!Vegetarian options: They have salads and vegetarian gyro along with a few other options.“
“Me and my family went to grab a quick bite. To our surprise the chicken was ?.. I mean we have been to Nashville and ate some good fried chicken but the sandwiches here were not only just as good, may be better. The chicken fries were also delicious and the sauce.. can’t say enough. Definitely going back before we leave…“
“Our go-to place for creative, delicious breakfasts. This restaurant has a diner feel, but the menu is anything but. We enjoy the wide selection, hot coffee and quality service. Food comes out hot and fresh in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable.Parking: We did get a parking ticket once! Be careful to pay your meter!Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly“
“You should go! My second time and loving every moment of the food, music, and warm welcome we were greeted with at Eightytwenty! Chris and his staffs’ ability to ensure such consistency is impeccable. This was our first time having the cookies (which I was expecting to be a small bite size cookie), and they were soft, warm and sooooo delicious. We will happily be eating them over the next few days ❤️. Cant wait to be back!“
“I don't leave reviews too often, but AJ's deserves it. Excellent burgers, excellent sides and they have, by far, the coldest beer in New Rochelle. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. 5/5 stars. Come here, you won't regret it.“
“My husband and I went last night for dinner, and we cannot stop talking about how much we enjoyed it. First, they accommodated us quickly and made us feel welcome despite the fact that we arrived a little over 15 minutes late for our reservation; we were expecting to wait but they seated us right away. The atmosphere is soooo pretty with greenery and fun music playing. Now the food: My husband ordered a cocktail and I ordered wine and both came out promptly & were generous in size. While we waited for our food, we looked at the meals that were coming out of the kitchen and everything looked delicious! The serving sizes are VERY generous. My husband ordered the chicken parm vodka special and I ordered the ravioli and meatball. We easily could have split the chicken parm to share. It was easily one of our favorite meal experiences, as everything was made to perfection. For dessert we ordered the cheesecakes.. I have high expectations for cheesecake and theirs did not disappoint. We both left feeling stuffed but in the best way. No notes. 12/10.“
“Great Spot for Falafel and all things Afghani and Mediterranean. Delicious salads, fresh veggies and wonderful food. Kids got the Chicken Shawarma & loved it. Falafel was crisp and delicious. Definitely a must try. Great to have them in the area.“
“I truly love everything about BombBurgers & Breakfast! Always delicious food, great prices and the service can't be beat! Katie is a wonderful waitress that cares about her customers, very friendly and always checking on you to make sure everything's ok. John the owner has been like a friend to us. We go here at least once a week and it's definitely worth the drive. Best restaurant in Lapeer County.“
“I stumbled upon this hidden gem in New Jersey, and it turned out to be a diamond in the rough. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, setting the perfect mood for a memorable evening. The customer service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Now, let's talk about the real star of the show – the chef, Ardi. His culinary skills are nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish was a masterpiece, and my girlfriend and I couldn't help but savor each bite. Ardi's expertise truly elevated the dining experience. In all honesty, this place has become our new favorite restaurant. If you're looking for a delightful combination of atmosphere, top-notch service, and exceptional cuisine, this is the spot. Kudos to Ardi and the entire team for creating such a spectacular dining haven!“
“If you have been eating the average to good burgers for a while, take one bite of a burger at Mel's and your tastebuds will remember what a real burger tastes like!Perfection in qualityFat to beef ratioTasteFreshnessTexturePreparationNot full of salt , just the taste good beef.“
“This was the best Mexican food I’ve had in Westchester, hands down. It was delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. It seems to be more of a takeout spot, as there are only three sit down tables, but we ate inside and were greeted with wonderful hospitality. Maya Riviera nearby is much more of a sit down restaurant, but the quality of the food is very mediocre and does not even come close to Maya’s Taqueria!“
“My first time visiting here was amazing Amy the owner & host was so nice & humble & immediately let us know happy hour drinks were 2 for 1 which was amazing, also they had soft shell crab which is usually hard to find, the bartender/server Tolly was amazing as well the drink were so good & strong alot of places water down they drinks but not here, which is most important to me lol. The place is super clean & peaceful I absolutely recommend it & will be coming back. They have happy hour M-F 12-7 ?????“
“Amazing service by the staff at Sweet Grass Grill. I was able to visit for lunch and pictured the blood orange margarita, mushroom cheesesteak and chicken sandwich with the kale Caesar. Their beet ketchup was truly amazing. Everything was delicious. The service was super attentive even with a busy lunch rush during the week. Reservations are recommended. Stop by at Sweet Grass for a quick meal and leave feeling satisfied. Looking forward to stopping by again“
“Another New York gem. Loved it bar setting again, family and friend orientated. Went 3xs while in New York. Food is on point! The first time I got their special 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and corn very big took some food home. Second time, french onion soup and Eastchester burger with fries. Yummy and third time shared zucchini fries and had the famous burger salad, Eastchester burger on salad with vingarette. I didn't think the vingarette was going to go good on this, but oh my goodness, trust the process!!!!!“
“At first I was a little skeptical. "Yo-Burger" Hmmmm. But once I visited the location, Burgers and Frozen Yogurt. It all made sense not. But in all seriousness, you have to visit this burger spot. There did it right here. I tried one of there Burger doubles with all the fixings. Its was outstanding. The burger was moist, juicy and full of flavor. Decent size and priced right. A meal form two will run you about $20 to $25 dollars. Not bad in todays ridiculous prices. The location was clean and the staff was responsive. The bathrooms were rather clean and functional. The is a school near by and the location was full with teens enjoying frozen yogurts and milkshakes. I had nom issues what so ever. What won me over was the taste of the food. Excellent I will say. If you are in the Riverdale area like I was, I highly recommend this burger spot and try their double cheese burger with cheese. You will not be disappointed any all. Trust me.“
“I've gotten food from here several times for the whole office and everyone has always loved it. Great sandwiches for a great value. Onion rings in particular are awesome! There's a wonderful lady behind the counter who has been so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options that are all wonderful.“
“Great neighborhood spot. Quite quiet on a St. Patrick's Day (Sunday) however, it was wonderful pleasant. There was an Irish themed menu for those wanting to celebrate.Boozy milkshake was delightful and the big blue burger on gluten-free bun was delicious; gobbled up the french fries which came with the burger. The place had a steady flow of patrons dining in. The two wait staff were hustling their butts off to keep up - yet they did their jobs with great smiles. I will defintely come back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns for burgers availableKid-friendliness: Children may be at table area“
“Whenever you see the owner behind the counter cooking, good chance the food/service is phenomenal!!! After eating their double bacon Cocina burger I don't feel bloated or sluggish. I feel satisfied! They keep adding deliciousness to the menu. Just tried the mozzarella sticks....OMG was not ready for the crunchy cheesy heaven. They also got the chimi de pernil... Haven't tried it yet but it's next on my list. I already know it will be delightful!!!! No para SIGUE SIGUE. Cocina burger, best burgers in YONKERS!!!!!!!!“
“We had a great first experience! Deena and Laura are very attentive and made us feel welcome. It was hard to make a decision with the vast menu, but we both landed on good choices. Here's my Englebert Pumperdink with thick, fresh sliced turkey breast, ham, bacon, onion and tomato. Breaded mushrooms with horseradish sauce are great...and my friend loved his very tender shell/strip steak with an enormous onion ring and a side of mixed sweet potato fries and wedge fries. My favorite though was the side of garlic mash and gravy! Definitely worthy of a trip back to Horsefeathers ☺️“
“I came to the Sandwich Spot after my best bud recommended it to me. He said, “you gotta try the cheese steak they make,” so I went and got the cheese steak they make with a side of red potato salad. The verdict? Hot dang! I haven’t had such a fresh tasting, flavorful, not so greasy, nice and cheesy steak sandwich in quite some time! The quality of the meat and the bread’s freshness really stand out and the cheese, onion and multi color pepper toppings were perfectly balanced. The potato salad is well-balanced and has that just-recently-made level of freshness to it. The price is right for the premium product you’re getting. No complaints here! Can’t wait to try out their other offerings. Highly, highly recommended!“
“Super cute and fresh spot for lunch. Selection of burgers, salads, sandwiches, smoothies. Pay at the register and grab a table. Note -- it gets crowded quickly during the weekday lunch hour. I got their special fried chicken sandwich - almost like a Katsu fried chicken. Juicy and moist chicken. Avocado, slightly spicy peppers with this great bacon aioli which was amazing. Only complaint is that for a $15 sandwich there is no side. The burgers come with fries, which were cooked perfectly. The food is fresh and just beautifully constructed - you can tell that they take pride in their food. Love it here!“
“Great to return to The Turning Point, this time for Bill Kirchen (played with Commander Cody years ago) bringing his rockin' show to Piermont, NY. Easy to park across the street( big lot by the pier and condo complex). Kim was my witness and a delight, best service. Small comfortable room for listening and dinner if you want. Me. Just needed some tasty salsa and chips! Great time was had@“
“This place is an experience. It's a high energy environment, open and loud by restaurant standards. Come with comfortable eating clothes because their serving sizes are healthy, meaning large! The menu is very extensive (including lunch) and there are some decadent choices. No worries for the health conscious eaters as they do have several salad choices to pick from. One of my biggest surprises is this pancake house has a bar!The biggest negatives are, prepare for a wait to be seated and there's no other way to say this but parking is horrible! The good news is they have a lot and it's free. The bad news is it's always full and cars are jockeying for position waiting for you to come out. Don't try parking around the corner because it's only for residents and they have signs and cones to let you know you aren't welcomed. The great news is if you are willing to walk south just a short block there's street parking. It's not a big deal for city dwellers but suburbanites might whine about it especially if it is raining.“
“We got a food promo 1 appetizer with 2 entrees for $25 both taste good my fave was the one the had chicken and bacon, we sat at the bar and the girl there was very nice but there was this other guy the came here and there and every time he would come to the bar side it felt like he was being very pushy with us to get drinks, which it made me feel very uncomfortable and rush to finish my food but anyway aside from that everything was good.“
“I'm surprised that I have been living in the area this long and have not been here until now! Went for the first time today and absolutely loved it. The waitress Melissa was very friendly and helpful. The vibes were as if I were at a rock bar without the drunkards. And the food was incredible! Rony made us the juiciest burgers (even better than what I was craving) and personally came to our table to ask how we were doing. 10/10, definitely recommend!“
“First off I have to start this review by saying that their food is great. Been here more than enough times to know that their food and drink is consistent and never fails. My go-to is the classic burger and my wife loves the grilled chicken dish. Fries are top notch. Service is always great. My only issue is the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Theres no sugar coating that. This is actually one of the main reasons I never became a regular. I hope they can go away from the classic pub bar bathroom vibe and tidy things up in there.“
“This is the first time my husband and I visited this diner. The atmosphere was welcoming. The waitress was very nice and attentive to our table. The food was excellent. We had soup for starters. The white bean soup was excellent. My husband had the Turkey, with avocado, lettuce and tomato, and sweet potato fries, while I had the pastrami with Swiss cheese and curly fries. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious. I would highly recommend you stopping in for a quick meal. A+ quality. The Montoya’s“
“The best breakfast burrito. And a very cozy atmosphere with super friendly staff. Can’t ask for more! And they were open on New Year’s Day when I had to figure out my hunger.Kid-friendliness: Great family atmosphere. Well-behaved kids are welcome.“
“I went earlier today(01/15/2023), and this has become my most "NEW FAVORITE HISPANIC FOOD PLACE." The service and hospitality are extremely outstanding. The staff is patient and understanding if you're new and friendly enough to suggest some of the locals' favorites. They have some amazing specials. I loved that the staff was open to customization and embraced my creativity nature. Despite me currently visiting from Las Vegas, NV, I was blown away by the burrito I customized. Granted, it isn't my own creation, although a recreation of an already well-known burrito with accommodation due to my lactose intolerance. It still impressed me for a California style burrito to taste so flavorful without any cheese or sour cream. Even the complimentary chips and salsa were beautifully made. I can't forget about the Orchata as well. It is the best damn Orchta's I ever had! This place is definitely a locals hidden gem that wowed me away. You can tell that a lot of care and love definitely goes into each meal that is created in their kitchen, and this is rare to come by nowadays! I plan to come back before I fly out to. See you soon and keep up the marvelous work! ( :“
“Awesome restaurantWe went in a Friday night- party of 4We enjoyed our meals : large pretzel was very good, burger, Cobb salad and stuffed shrimp very good with a good air serving. Hubby thought onion soup was salty but otherwise all was good. Our server Nicole was very pleasant. I’d return when in the area. Loved the atmosphere of the old rail cars“
“1st time here and i will be back the jerk chicken over rice was delicious great portion & price the establishment was clean the staff was helpful, welcoming, & friendly i wish i ordered 2 instead of 1 i sent my coworker there the same day she had the salmon over rice & the avocado fries she enjoyed her meal as well“
“I went there for my first time and it was amazing. Service is excellent. Food I can not explain how delicious was…. BYOB!! People there are super nice. The chicken sandwich was to die for and the chicken wings AKA SALVAJE!!! specially the pepper lemon ones. Omg!! Definitely, will come back for MORE ?“
“After reading rave reviews for years, I just tried Grub for the first time. Very impressed overall, which can be challenging with takeout. The steamed shrimp dumplings were fabulous, with big chunks of real shrimp and a delicious dipping sauce. Ditto for the shrimp spring rolls - the sauce was sublime. The Drunken Noodles were very good, with crisp vegetables mixed with noodles that were just the right texture and not overwhelmed by the light, mild soy sauce. The only disappointment was the chicken I ordered with the noodles- it was dry and flavorless. I'll try another protein next time. This restaurant is definitely on my rotation now.“
“This is by far the best IHOP in the area. We cross the GW Bridge from Riverdale to go here, rather than the IHOP a mile away in the Bronx. The food is cooked well, the scrambled eggs are creamy, and they serve fresh-squeezed orange juice. Moreover, it is open 24 hours and is the only local restaurant in the area that isn't a diner.“
“Wasn’t sure what to expect when I stopped here for a quick dinner. Is it a sports bar? Is it a bistro tavern? It kind of has a sports bar feel when you walk in but then it leads to a compact, cozy dining room. French Onion Soup was decent. Burger was very good - fries that came with it were top notch. Service was friendly and efficient. I might stop by again if I’m in the area.“
“Consistently good pizza! I come here often and the pizza has always been good! Perfectly done (maybe slightly under which is how I like it), and a lightly crispy bottom. If you like garlic, the garlic knots are on point; unfortunately they don't always have them but probably because they ran out by the time I got there. Judging by reviews, I can't wait to try their burgers and other food! Friendly staff too!“
“Aka "Greasy Nick's"Only open during the summer months but great "hole in the wall" type dining when looking for a no frills, quick & cheap, local, bite to eat! Love it ❤️Kid-friendliness: Picnic type benchesWheelchair accessibility: Picnic benches available so having a wheelchair next to table is easy and no fuss“
“I ordered on Ubereats and wanted to say thank you for wrapping the sandwiches in foil to keep them warm!!! Everything was hot and fresh which has never happened for me :) they have great vegan options and the staff acknowledges what is vegan and what isn’t. One time I ordered onion rings and said I was vegan and they wrote a kind note letting me know they weren’t vegan but still sent the food which I appreciated. Atmosphere at the location is super cozy as well !!“
“The steak sandwich was tender and very flavorful, the stinger sandwich was crispy and juicy. Everything we had was flavorful, the frosé was good too. We went on a Saturday at 7:00pm and it was basically empty in there so we got seated right away. Great low key spot for a cheap but delicious bite.“
“Great service! The mild wings are amazing! First time trying the chopped chesse rice bowl at my request no avocado it’s soooo good! I will be ordering this more often! Brady at the restaurant helped me with my order he’s great handles customer service perfect!I ordered through door dash and the delivery was great also! Everything 10/10 awesome tell the chef way to goo!??????????“
“A real diner, just like the places my dad took me to when I was growing up in New Jersey. It's small inside the place, but it's cozy. I can't say enough good things about The Red Maple. Not pretentious, not a chain, no attitude; just good coffee, good food, and good people.“
“Burgers are the best they r smashed, big great portion size they were not cheap with the bacon or the onion. The bun was soft love the sesame on. It had Parmesan fries, which were not oily, They were delicious !!!I love eating burgers every week so this will be my favorite spot I will go again go check for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.“
“Was looking on Google for a place in Yonkers to have a brunch date with a friend on Saturday December 30th. We picked Francey Brady's and glad we did. Love the neighborhood vibe & the decor. I had the omelette with Sausage, onions, cheese with home fries. My friend had the fish & chips. Food & drinks were great! Bartender (sorry forgot he name) was very attentive and loved her position energy. We also met the owner very lovely lady. We gonna definitely return soon. Highly recommend this wonderful Irish neighborhood bar. Happy New Year Francey Brady's.“
“Delicious freshly made meals, plenty of variety whether dining in or taking out and all reasonably priced. The place has an overall homey feel and friendly staff are very attentive. Love supporting this local establishment and hope it continues to thrive. Give it a go then post to let everyone know!“
“Santiago was a great server, he knew the menu very well, he recommended almost everything on the menu to the point we let him chose our meals and it was all wonderful. Everything was great, the service, the food came out in a timely matter, there was water ready at the table to quench our thirst. For 4 people spent $200, that's with an appetizer 2 entrees. We had a kid who had fries and someone who had a soup special and buffalo wings (they ate before getting there). No cocktails, 4 sodas; that's gratuity included. Overall, the ambiance is great, right by the train, across from the waters, plenty of parking.“
“I ate at the Holy Grail pop up today and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing my meal was. I bopped into Holy Grail on a whim and don’t regret it one bit! Everything from the patty and bun to the sauce was delicious. I think of myself as a french fry snob and these fries had the perfect amount of crisp on the outside and soft inside. Can’t wait to treat my taste buds to their food again!! ?“
“DQ Old Tappan serves the best Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream, and their peanut butter milkshakes are simply divine. The ice cream is rich and creamy, offering a perfect balance of flavors, and the milkshakes are a peanut butter lover's dream. The service from the two young ladies were great. It was near closing so the place was clean and ready for lockdown. I recommend visiting this location for anyone craving late night cold treats.“
“A very friendly place to go for your pub food. The beers are rotated often and they run extremely good specials. I genuinely enjoyed my overall experiences but the food is only solid. The menu is smallish but it covers enough options so a large group could find happy choices. I have eaten there four times and I have sampled most of the menu via my meals and sneaking a taste from others in my party. For me the downside to the food is the lack of the little details that takes a meal from "serviceably enjoyable" to genuinely tasty. Examples: Onions were not caramelized when requested. Cheesesteaks do not make it to both ends of the bread. When crispy fries were asked for they have not been delivered half the time. Little things. But they do make a difference. Luckily, they can be easily fixed. Regardless, it has a relaxed atmosphere and it serves great beer without pretentiousness.“
“Wonderful old school butcher shop. The owner was very nice and they cut a 3" ribeye for me. There aren't many places like this left anymore. I'll definitely be back and will be buying meat from here more often. I'm excited to try the restaurant part as well. ?? “
“What a wonderful place to have brunch on the weekend or any time. Great food and drinks enjoy! It's also the site of many movies ? And commercials that were made there. You will see on t v Occasionally.Parking: The location is on 9W where it is. An old gas station turned into a restaurant. It's very cute.“
