“This bakery is the absolute BEST!!!! The owner goes above and beyond for her customers. You will have some customers that will always leave negative reviews even though nothing was done wrong on the owners part. You actually have to take the negative reviews and let them go and actually see where they are coming from. It is usually a person that constantly leaves negative reviews for many places as to they are just a a complainer and maybe looking for items for free. This community all knows how excellent this bakery is and how hard the owner works!“
“My husband and I finally got a chance to try this place today and oh is it soooo worth it! I’m pregnant (only 10 and a half weeks) and the strawberry shortcake cupcake is a cupcake version of the ice cream and perfect! My husband loved his chocolate overload cupcake! Now I have a new pregnancy craving that I need to get often! Definitely can’t wait to go back!!!!!“
“Attn store manager: the young men working tonight need a pass from closing side work- they were SLAMMED. Online orders were out of control; I was having anxiety w each ticket printing and I wasn’t even working. I waited 30min in line for my cake batter ice cream [always be worth the wait], but despite being slaughtered w orders, I was greeted w kindness. I received great service & witnessed professional and kind young men doing their best. I was impressed with their work ethic and ability to stay calm.“
“Cold stone creamery ice cream shop is a franchise that once I heard about I had to try it. At first glance the ice cream is fresh and a new way to have the frozen treat. It is a form of different hard ice creams. Then mixed in with candies and such on a cold stone. It is a nice cold treat that has a special way of being made.
