“Dive bar when you first walk in, but that is the only thing that is mundane about this place. The beer tap lines are clearly well-cared for, as their beers are crisp, not overly foamy, and taste just as they should. I didn't have a cocktail, but I assume they're great - especially given the cleanliness behind the bar and the skill of the bartenders. All the staff are attentive, incredibly hardworking, and extremely friendly. But the food - OH MY GOD THE FOOD - was absolutely FANTASTIC. I can't stress enough how caught off-guard I was by the quality of the plates the kitchen was dishing out. The menu is a tad pricey, but you quickly forget about it the second you dig in to your meal. I couldn't say enough great things about this place. If you're in Pawling and *didn't* got to O'Connors, you've got a screw lose. Love love LOVE this place.“
