“I can't say enough great things about Defiant! Last week we hosted a small wedding reception and it was perfect. We were able to do anything we wanted with the space we had (we didn't rent the entire place, just a few tables). The food was great, as usual! The beers and other drinks were great and the price was so reasonable! We were able to use all the games at the brewery, and we were even able to play Terminator 2 on the projector which was a major bonus. The staff was truly wonderful which made everything even better. The owner, the cook, and the bartender were all so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have a casual, and intimate wedding. Thank you guys SO much!“

“Really fantastic place, great beer and food. The hot honey pizza is delicious and the homemade mozzarella sticks are probably the best I’ve ever eaten… they’re enormous! Cozy brewery ambience with friendly service. 100% I’d recommend paying them a visit!“
