“I order from Mark's in penfield pretty frequently and their consistency is out of this world. I am never let down by their buffalo chicken or old fashioned pepperoni pizzas. Their calzones are excellent and I would highly recommend all of their appetizers. Location is very convenient.“

“Hey, it's a McDonald's; they are what they are. However, this one is one step above most. What sticks out the most is the service. The staff is competent, friendly, and very responsive unlike many MacDees locations where you wonder if the people who work there are even alive. On several occasions I've spoken to managers at this location mentioning how much I like the service their workers provide compared to other locations. Sure, they can mess up once in a while when they are very busy but what do you expect? They are not perfect yet they work very hard to make their customers happy, again unlike many other locations I have visited. The food is good and the staff is competent and friendly. What more can you expect from fast food? One other thing of note: getting in and out of their location can be a bit tricky due to the configuration of their drive thru and drivers not understanding how to properly use it.“

“A clean restaurant with fast food done well. I got the tenders and my friend got the grilled chicken bites. Plus some waffle fries. Everything was delicious. I've been to this location a few times and the service and food have always been good.“

“Five Guys always has good food. We grabbed a burgers and fries, and a shake to take back to the hotel room. We were there right before closing, so I'm not sure if that's why they gave us such a enormous amount of French fries, but they gave us about three large cups full in the bag. Far too much for us to eat, so we made the front desk clerk very happy and gave her a 3rd of them.
I haven't eaten at Five Guys in quite a while, but the burger was just as expected, the fries were good, as well the shake, but it was insanely expensive. Like $27 for one burger, a large fries, and a shake. It may be normal for five guys, but it was sticker shock for me.“

“I took my kids to Five Guys for the first time while we were out back-to-school shopping, and I have to say, the experience was incredible! From the moment we walked in, the energy in the place was amazing. Kim, Tab, and Jam were running the show, and they made the whole visit so much fun. They were upbeat, friendly, and even helped us pick out a peanut butter bacon shake—which turned out to be absolutely delicious!

The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful, and my kids left talking about how much they loved it. It’s not every day you find staff who make you feel so welcome while also delivering such great service. Huge shoutout to Kim, Tab, and Jam for turning our first visit into such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I order delivery from here to my dorm every few weeks and I have to say the quality of food from this location blows almost every location I know back in NYC out of the water. The prices are great, the portions are excellent, and I don't know what's going on back in the kitchen but I genuinely believe some of the items I receive look even better than the pictures on the menu. I typically never write reviews but this place goes above and beyond and I wish the best for the worker who made my loaded nachos with potatoes last night at ~12:30 AM this Thursday.“

“Came back after a previous great experience, and once again this McDonalds delievered. The food came almost instantly with the correct customizations and was hot and straight out of a commercial. It actually brought tears to my eyes because I know this is what Ronald McDonald had in mind when he founded McDonald's. This wasn't just a meal, it was a spiritual awakening in McCrispy form. “Since they decided to get rid of the bystander pass it forces you to spend 40$ for a ticket just to enter even if you're not planning to ride & everything is over priced and they dont even have a lemonade place anymore. The person operating the swings was being rude to the kids! They do not have any amusement park food, I spent 20$ on 3 piece chicken tenders and fries and had to ask for ketchup and sauce, and than the food was bad, food poisoning bad, I only bought it because it was the only option at 655 pm, all other food places were closed, yet the park remained open! Everyone I came in contact with working there was miserable and acted like they hated their job!“

I just can't listen to any of this yelling anymore... I'm taking my sandwich to the car where it's quiet & relaxing ! 😳😡“

“This place is always smoking. I swear they make the food to order. It’s always been fresh, sometimes there is a bit of a wait for being fast food, however I don’t recall ever having incorrect items. We tend to order later in the evening and sometimes they do have to prep things & let us know our option of waiting or declining. They’ve always been super nice, surprising for a fast food chain.“
