“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!”

“I have passed by this quaint restaurant once a week for several years, and finally decided to stop for lunch today. It's history as a home or former business is perfect for it's new venue. I give the two young women who run this place a 5 star rating for friendliness, greeting new coustimers as old friends, and granting me a free cookie as a firsttimer! There is a good variety of homemade baked goods . . . I highly reccommend the BrickHouse Cafe in Brewerton ! You will be glad you dined there.”

“Dined here last evening. The warm brie appetizer was very good and a nice change from ordinary appetizers. The steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. For dessert I had the chocolate torte which came with raspberry sauce. The combination of the chocolate and raspberry....yum! The staff were all nice, friendly, and informative. I'll definitely be back!”

I’m not big on pizza - (I did take a bite of the kids & actually liked it) I ordered an antipasto with onions for myself and it was bigger and better than expected. “We absolutely love Toss and Fire Camillus…we love it so much that it is our Friday dinner weekly!! Although their pizzas are delicious, it is the staff that really keeps us coming back. Specifically, there is an employee named Echo who takes the time to know the regular customers and greets them by name when they enter the restaurant. This type of customer service is what makes them special! They are often busy because everyone knows how good their food is!! I highly recommend them to anyone!! You will not be disappointed by the food or the employees who greet you!!”

“Highly recommended!! After happily agreeing to whip up a custom birthday cake on short notice (2 days), I asked if I could add on a custom cookie cake. Kathy & her staff were able to make that happen as well! The cake was their PB Explosion, but with a sunflower theme for the birthday girl. Not only was the cake gorgeous, it was delicious, too! The cookie cake looked great, and got the nod of approval from the birthday boy. I didn't try that one myself.. I was too busy downing the pb explosion! Thank you so much, Kathy & crew! We were all amazed by the cakes, and can't wait to come back to try your ice cream and other treats!”
