One can only surmise that in Warsaw employees are not trained. That would be the owner/manager’s fault. One might well guess that he/she doesn’t know how to smile, be welcoming or accommodating either. So how are these neophytes to learn appropriate customer service without guidance of expectations!? I’m not the only customer, that’s more often than not choosing elsewhere for my two coffees per day habit. Warsaw’s loss. Blah food. Reasonably good coffee.
