There are so many selections, and so many styles to choose from, and everything I have had was well-made, and quite tasty. The decor is cute, but it's really all about the beer. You can bring food onto the premises, but the space is so small that there is no kitchen. But then again, it's really all about the Beer.“

“We had our wedding reception at the Railroad Street Beer Hall and it was everything we could’ve ever hoped for, and more! Nikki, the event coordinator, was amazing from the start. She was happy and willing to accommodate any and every request we had. She was always 3 steps ahead of us, and made sure everything went off without a hitch- and it did! Reception planning can be very stressful, and Nikki really helped make it a fun and relaxed experience for us. The staff during the party was phenomenal, especially the bartender! So many of our guests commented on how fun and kind the staff was during our party! The food was also fantastic, and the atmosphere ensured that everyone had a wonderful time. We are so grateful for Rohrbachs and the wonderful people that work there - I would (and have) recommend having an event here to anyone! “Strangebird is a beautiful space and was bursting with energy when I stopped in for dinner. The decor reminded me of NYC or San Francisco, inspired design. The beers on tap are not your ordinary IPAs although they have a few of those. Sours, Belgians, and other interesting brews. I took home Mount Hope which is a lager with Pinot Noir grapes. I enjoyed the beers I tried, it pays to experiment. The food for me was decent, I opted for the smash-burger, which was serviceable, but the pizza looks like a good option. I would return to Strangebird. Outstanding service at the bar.“

“I have been meaning to come here since they have opened. We have a 5 and a 6 year old that had never blamed before. we did not expect a small establishment to have bumpers and a ball guide, but they did! Seth and Meghan do such an incredible job. Food 10/10, beer 11/10, surprisingly cocktails also 10/10. We left our order up to Meghan and she did not disappoint. Smash burger juicy and delicious. Chicken fingers were above what was expected and felt like they were made in house (most places don't do that), and the kids enjoyed them tremendously. The sauces were the star of the show though. The nachos were so good that even after we were full we wanted more to go. All in all bowling with two young kids was great! First time they ever bowled but they want to go back already and we agree!“

“We hosted our daughter's first birthday party here. The venue was very spacious with plenty of room to hang and put out decorations. The bar is very large with a great space to place food and have it out of the way of the main area where guests can order drinks. Games available for guests of all ages to play, as well as TV's for sports lovers. There were multiple comments of how great the venue was and plans to host other family events there in the future. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enjoyed having them handle our party. We will definitely host future events there!“

“Nice brewery in the heart of Victor NY. The drink selection is written on the wall, a menu to hold would have been nice. The guy pouring drinks was great. He kept offering samples, but it wasn't clear that flights were sold here. They don't have a session IPA which would have been great. Please pay them a visit. I won't be back but that's me. The music was nice but everyone was in a group talking but the music volume was too high.“

“Don't judge a book by it's cover. Hero's Brewing is a tribute to local hero's. non-profits or other charitable causes. The décor matches the name. There is a long bar, tables and a relaxing area with sofa's by the fire place. Pets are welcome as well.From the outside (not knowing the area), it seemed a little sketchy (saw a lot of cameras on poles, stickers all over (from the music venue next door etc.). But make no mistake, when you walk in Hero's is really nice inside.We saw that they had popcorn on other reviews, but when we went, they said they did not have it (bummer). They do carry a nice variety of beers and also had some wines (canned) from a Finger Lakes Winery (Zugibe). However the sparkling wine lacked bubbles as the date on the bottom of the can was pushing almost 2 years. But I was there for the beer (as are most folks). But they really should check to keep fresh stock.“

“No matter the season, always a great atmosphere either inside or outside. Had Sunday "brunch" with a couple of pints. The salty breakfast pizza was perfect for two. The beer cheese adds great flavor to it. IBC is becoming one of my favorite venues!“

“Stopped in for lunch. We had the roni stark pizza and the Superfly sandwich. And a few flights of beer.Pizza was delicious. The roni stark pizza has honey. The honey was pronounced, but paired well with the spiciness of the pepperoni.The Superfly was excellent. The braised beef was so tender and the onion confit and Verde added layers of flavor.We had 4 beers in the flight. Amber lager was flavorful and thank God not hoppy.The scotch ale wasn't over the top strong, very drinkable.Finished with the vanilla porter and hot Mexican chocolate stout. Just a little heat in the hot Mexican stout nothing too crazy.The location is nice, with views of the park and brook.No table service, you have to go up to the bar and food counter to order and bring back to your table.Rising storm is worth a check.“

“First time here on NYE and it was awesome. Really cool atmosphere. Yummy draft beers and drinks.Only complaint is there could of been more indoor seating but they had a ton of people in there. It was fun. Food truck had really good pizzas. I will definitely go back sometime and try more of the IPAs. Beer flight and food across the street looked good but it was closed that night. Plenty of outdoor seating which is awesome but not when it's snowing so I definitely recommend this place in the summertime. I bet it's awesome. Really chill place. I like it.“

“Gluten free pizza and mocktails! What a fun place for food and drinks! They have a wood oven they make all their pizzas in, minus the gluten free. Gluten free is prepared and cooked separately to reduce cross contamination. Be prepared to wait +20 minutes for a gf pizza. I ordered the pizza special on the gluten free crust. Not bad! It's a bit thicker (not full Detroit but not NYC thin). Overall, not bad. I would order it again, but this wouldn't be my first choice for a GF pizza. The crust fine, a little dense and premade. They have a couple of fun mocktail options that aren't some overpriced lemonade junk. I would recommend going for the atmosphere and drinks (alcoholic or not). I'm excited to see what else I can try on the menu. The staff are so friendly and helpful! All my questions were answered and it was so fun watching everyone cook at the pizza oven! They often have random food items ordered for patrons and also offer giant pretzels, nachos, and popcorn regularly. The flights are six 6oz pours, so be careful if you're a lightweight, haha! “Nine Maidens Brewing is located in a cool area with other local breweries, winery and restaurants. Upon entering you are drawn to the artwork on the back wall and the high ceilings. They had decent selection of beer and also had a blueberry hard seltzer which we enjoyed the most. Food available from the adjacent restaurant. You could bring in your own too.“

“Of all the breweries in Fairport, Faircraft Brauhaus is by far my favorite. I tend to like more traditional European beers, I think Faircraft has some of the best in the area. Their Munich Helles and Vienna Lager are outstanding; if I feel like something a little darker the Schwarzbier is also a favorite. My wife loves their Hefeweizen. They offer something for everyone including IPAs and Sours, as well as wine, cider and other beverages.Most of the menu is in the German tradition, one of only a few places in the Finger Lakes region offering authentic German food. I believe their sausages come from Swan Market in Rochester. Most nights there is live music to enjoy a few beers and dinner with.Plenty of space with a nice patio area when the weather allows. I highly recommend a visit when in the Fairport area.“

“Awesome beer with a diverse selection. I had the bourbon aged sour which was fantastic. Not to mention Meg behind the bar who was awesome! We came in 5 minutes before close and she was more than happy to serve us and have a conversation. Will definitely come back?“

“Hands down best beer in Fairport. Not only is the beer great, but the variety of beverage choices is endless with new beers coming out frequently. Every so often, I try something new. For example, last month I had their mead (their ginger mead) and it was fantastic. Also, I love the environment. The Fairport location is quaint inside and when weather permits, the outside patio is awesome (fire pits, live music, burgers and dogs, and beer).“

“K2 is one of our favorite breweries in Rochester! We've never had a bad meal here, whether it's the K2 Burger, Burrito or Shawarma Wrap, they're all great and the fries are delicious! The beer is even better though! It's hard not to get a flight every time we come here because there are too many awesome options to choose from. Their sours are the best but don't sleep on the jalapeno cream ale, which is underrated! They have live music occasionally and corn hole leagues during the summer as well. K2 is outstanding and highly recommended!“
