“Ordered takeout and food was ready within 20 mins! I’ve been wanting to try Pelicana, but Mad for Chicken is better in comparison imo. The food was slightly disappointing (-1 for forgetting to include my radish ?), chicken wasn’t super crispy, and the prices were on the higher side for the quality. Would come back for the cheese balls tho!!!“

Chris also helped us get setting quickly in a busy night. The wings ofc are the best as well! Definitely coming back! Manager Praj came around as well! Making sure everything was all set with us. Staff is incredible!“

“We actually never went to this location before, but had greatly enjoyed their prior second location in Port Washington. Expectaions were right on point. Food was excellent from appetizer to the main course. Maybe it's weird but I kind of respect even the small things like when a restaraunt offers to chose to serve in house brewed ice tea as opposed to something pre processed. The Brisket from todays specials list was perfect. This restaurant is 45min drive from home and well worth the trip. Thank You, we will be back.“

The staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, which makes the whole experience even better. I love the atmosphere—it’s close to the airport so you can see planes flying by, and inside you’ve got big NFL games on the TV screens, which is perfect for game day. Plus, being able to order food and play games right from the mini tablet at the table makes it both fun and convenient. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat when I’m here!“

My Father has since passed but my Sister took my Mother there today and they gave my Mom hugs, told her they loved her and how cute she was. I was in tears when I heard this from my Sister. I am so Happy that my Mom has this place to go to to get out and feel so loved by so many. Over the years the Sunrise Diner has been a very Happy Place to go to. The service is the best we've ever had. They've treated my Family like Family. I cannot thank the People at the Sunrise Diner enough! They mean so much to my Family. And you can't beat their food!!! “Had the experience of a lifetime when we did the chefs table. Chef Eric Levine was amazing and the food he prepared for us was like no other we’ve ever had. Six wonderful courses. He keeps telling everyone he is a celebrity 30 years ago, and is like 60, but hits on 20-somethings non-stop, brags about doing coke in the bathroom, etc. He ruins it. If you go in and you see this guy, leave.“

“We were looking for a place to stop for tacos on way home . What a pleasant surprise we found this restaurant we wound up eating at restaurant. They couldn't have been nicer and the food was fresh and delicious. We both had burrito's and salad.

“Darin, the owner is a very nice lady. I discovered this place in 2021 when the local police officer said they have the best food in town, especially the best burger.

As a SAIL or I choose to come to the town dock from time to time to get some things in town that are very convenient. Nick behind the bar Megan Tiffany are all very personable and quick to serve.

I foolishly has as old man walked out the door without paying my bill on a Tuesday. I had come back and paid with cash on Wednesday and Thursday Daren the owner connected with me to make sure I knew I totally forgot. She could not have been any nicer!“
